A lot of legislation filed by Oklahoma legislators may read like fantasy, but a bill dropped in the hopper for this session actually has the word in its title.
House Bill 2278, otherwise known as the Oklahoma Fantasy League Act, is no figment of Rep. Justin Wood’s imagination. It addresses very real issues surrounding the big business of daily fantasy sports.
Wood said close to 500,000 Oklahomans regularly enter daily fantasy sports contests.
